`(collectively, “Petitioner”), by and through its attorneys, will cross-examine Dr.

`Scott D. Schoifet regarding his declaration submitted in IPR2014-00191. Dr.
`
`Schoifet’s deposition will take place, as agreed by counsel for the parties, on
`
`October 11, 2014, commencing at 9:00 AM ET at Virtua Health & Wellness
`
`Building, 401 Young Avenue, Suite 245, Moorestown, NJ 08057. Counsel for
`
`Patent Owner has represented that Dr. Schoifet is willing to appear at the date and
`
`location indicated above.

`The cross-examination will take place before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths, and will be recorded using at least audiotape
`
`and stenographic means.
