`Petitioner filed a Motion to Withdraw Counsel under 37 C.F.R.
`
`§ 42.10(e) in each of the proceedings identified above. IPR2014-00191,
`
`Paper 22; IPR2014-00321, Paper 24; IPR2014-01078, Paper 11; IPR2014-
`
`01080, Paper 11. In each Motion to Withdraw Counsel, Petitioner requests
`
`that former counsel—namely, Messrs. Walter C. Linder, Daniel M.
`
`Lechleiter, and Kenneth Liebman—be withdrawn as counsel for Petitioner.
`
`Paper 22, 2.2 Petitioner then requests that the power of attorney appointing
`
`Mr. Naveen Modi as new lead counsel and Mr. Joseph Palys as new back-up
`
`counsel, which already was filed in each proceeding (Paper 20), revoke the
`
`power of attorney listing Mr. Walter C. Linder as lead counsel and Messrs.
`
`Daniel M. Lechleiter and Kenneth Liebman as back-up counsel (Paper 3).
`
`Paper 22, 2. Petitioner stipulates that Messrs. Naveen Modi and Joseph
`
`Palys are registered practitioners. Id. Petitioner also represents that Patent
`
`Owner will not oppose this motion. Id.
`

`In consideration of the foregoing, it is:
`
`II. ORDER
`
`ORDERED that Petitioner may withdraw Mr. Walter C. Linder as
`
`lead counsel, as well as Messrs. Daniel M. Lechleiter and Kenneth Liebman
`
`as back-up counsel; and
