`To emphasise the points in the last post, here is a list of the RPX members that we’ve been able to
`identify by searching the Internet. We have been able to identify 92 of the reported ll2. Assuming 3
`or 5 year memberships, we don’t believe that any of the l 12 will have terminated.
`
`How many of this list will be in category 4 below (yes interested in principle but should I take
`a defensive license now?) or 5 (definitely interested)? How many would, in the alternative, be open to
`acquiring some new high quality patent assets?

`Looking through the list it will be interesting to see how confidentiality is maintained. There’s a
`pretty diverse bunch here, from Zynga to Cisco and everything in between. It’s hard not to conclude
`that most are in RPX to mitigate NPE threats and will have little interest in much else.
