`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10, lead counsel Scott A. Chambers and back-up
`counsel Matt J. Laskoski, both of Patton Boggs LLP, respectfully request the
`Board to authorize the withdrawal of representation and appointment of new lead
`and counsel.

`Statement of Facts Showing Good Cause
`
`On December 9, 2013, Patent-Owner designated Scott A. Chamber as lead counsel,
`Darrin W. Collins and first back-up counsel and Matthew J. Laskoski as second
`back-up counsel in the above-captioned proceeding (Paper 8). Mr. Collins is
`Patent-Owner's regular counsel, and since such time, for reasons unrelated to the
`current proceeding, first named back-up counsel Darrin W. Collins departed Patton
`Boggs.
