`fully requests oral argument, currently scheduled for January 27, 2015, and speci-

`fies the following issues to be argued:
`
`1. Why claims 16-19 of U.S. Patent No. 6,482,228 are anticipated by
`
`U.S. 6,440,164 to DiMatteo.
`
`2. Why claims 16-18 of U.S. Patent No. 6,482,228 are anticipated by
`
`U.S. 4,030,142 to Wolfe.
`
`3. The proper construction of the “means for mounting and moving” of
`
`challenged independent claim 16.
`
`4. Why Patent Owner’s Substitute Motion to Amend (Paper 18) should
`
`be denied.
`
`5. Any subsequent motion filed by Patent Owner.
`
`6. Any other issue the Board seeks clarification on related to this pro-
`
`ceeding.
`
`Petitioner requests the ability to use audio visual equipment to display
`
`demonstrative exhibits, including the use of a projector and screen for PowerPoint
`
`display and an ELMO document camera/projector.
