`Request for Oral Hearing on the instituted grounds of unpatentability for claims 1-6

`and 8-13 of U.S. Patent No. 7,151,027 under 35 U.S.C. §§ 102(b) and 103(a) and
`
`associated issues. The Board has already scheduled the Oral Hearing for January 29,
`
