`Introduction
`
` Spansion LLC (“Patent Owner”) sought and obtained authorization
`
`from the Board to file, and filed, an Unopposed Motion to Expunge and
`
`Replace Patent Owner’s Response and Supporting Declaration with
`
`Corrected Copies (Paper 26, “Motion” or “Mot.”). By its Motion, Patent
`
`Owner seeks to correct typographical errors in Patent Owner’s Response
`
`(Paper 24) and supporting Declaration of Shukri Souri, Ph. D. (original
`
`Exhibit 2002). Mot. 1-2. Patent Owner also filed a Corrected Patent
`
`Owner’s Response (Paper 27) and a Corrected Declaration of Shukri
`
`Souri, Ph. D (new Exhibit 2002). Petitioner has raised no objection to Patent
`
`Owner’s Motion or the related filings. Accordingly, we grant Patent
`
`Owner’s Motion.

`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:

`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Unopposed Motion to Expunge and
`
`
`
`
`
`Replace Patent Owner’s Response and Supporting Declaration with

`Corrected Copies is granted;

`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner’s corrected Response

`(Paper 27) and the copy of Exhibit 2002 filed on August 25, 2014, are

`entered; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner’s original Response
`
`(Paper 24) and the copy of Exhibit 2002 filed on July 21, 2014, are
`
`expunged from the record of this proceeding.
