`Petitioner, Facebook, Inc., hereby requests refund of its post‐institution

`fees in the amount of $14,000 deposited in the above matter on October 23,
`
`2013, for the foregoing reasons:

`Facebook, Inc., filed its Petition for Inter Partes Review on
`
`October 23, 2013, in the above matter. At that time, Facebook deposited with
`
`the PTAB the inter partes request and inter partes post‐institution fees in the total
`
`amount of $23,000. The fees were charged to Cooley LLP’s account number 50‐
`
`1283.

`On April 28, 2014, the PTAB denied Facebook’s Petition for Inter
`
`Partes Review.
`

`Facebook filed a request for rehearing. The PTAB denied
`
`Facebook’s request for rehearing on July 1, 2014.

`
`For the foregoing reasons, Facebook requests reimbursement of the
`
`post‐institution fees of $14,000.
