`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), requiring a separate paper

`requesting oral argument and specifying issues to be argued, Petitioner
`
`Apple Inc. respectfully submits this joint Request for Oral Argument on
`
`behalf of Apple and Petitioners Twitter, Inc., and Yelp Inc. As specified in
`
`the Board’s April 25, 2014 Scheduling Order in IPR2014-00086 (Paper 9),
`
`Oral Argument is scheduled for January 6, 2015.
`
`Petitioners request 45 minutes of argument time for themselves and 45
`
`minutes of argument time for Patent Owner to address the following issues:
`
`• Grounds for which inter partes review was instituted as to claims 2-
`12, 14, and 16 of the ’536 patent and any issue raised in the Board’s
`Institution Decision (Paper 8).
`• Any issue addressed in Petitioners’ papers, including but not limited
`to the Petition (Paper 1) and Petitioners’ Reply Brief (Paper 28).
`• Rebuttal to Patent Owner’s presentation on all matters, including the
`issues listed above and any issues raised in Patent Owner’s Response
`(Paper 20), Patent Owner’s Motion for Observations on Cross-
`Examination (if any), or Patent Owner’s Motion to Exclude (if any).
`
`Petitioners request permission to use audio/visual equipment to
`
`display demonstrative exhibits, including a projector and screen for Power
`
`Point or PDF slides.
`
