`requests an opportunity to present oral argument regarding the patentability of

`claims 2-12, 41, and 16 of the ’536 patent.

`In particular, Evolutionary requests (without intent to waive consideration of
`
`any issue not requested) one hour of total argument time to address the following
`
`issues:
`
`1. The patentability of claims 2-12, 14, and 16 of the ’536 patent over Gibbs.
`
`2. Any issue raised in Petitioner’s or Patent Owner’s Papers, including the
`
`Petition (Paper 1), Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response (Paper 6), Patent
`
`Owner’s Response (Paper 20), or Petitioner’s Reply Brief (Paper 28).
`
`3. Whether Apple should be permitted to introduce evidence of inherent
`
`anticipation on reply and after the time for filing of supplemental information
`
`under 37 CFR 42.123.
`
`4. Rebuttal to Petitioners’ presentation as to all matters.
`
`Patent Owner requests permission to use audiovisual equipment to display
`
`demonstrative exhibits, including a projector and screen for PowerPoint or PDF
`
`slides.
