`NOTICE OF DEPOSITION
`
`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT Petitioner Rackspace US, Inc. and
`
`Rackspace Hosting, Inc., by and through its counsel, will take the deposition of Dr.
`
`Robert B.K. Dewar. Per the agreement of counsel, this deposition will take place
`
`on September 4, 2014, beginning at 9:00 a.m. local time, and continuing from day
`
`to day on September 5, 2014 and September 9, 2014, until complete, at the offices
`
`of Haynes and Boone LLP, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, 26th Floor, New York, NY
`
`10012, or such other location agreed to by the parties, before a Notary Public or
`
`other officer duly authorized to administer oaths. Counsel for Patent Owner has
`
`represented that Dr. Dewar is willing to appear at the time and location indicated
`
`above. The deposition testimony will be recorded by stenographic means, by
`
`videotape, and real time transcription services may be utilized. The arrangements
`
`for the reporter will be made by counsel for Petitioner.
