` On September 3, 2014, the Board ordered the parties to file a list of

`outstanding motions to seal by September 19, 2014. The Board also instructed the

`parties to indicate on the list whether: 1) a motion to seal may be withdrawn; or 2)

`a motion requesting that an entire paper be sealed can be modified such that a
`
`redacted version and a sealed version of the paper are filed.
`
`The parties agree that several Papers and Exhibits can be submitted as public
`
`documents with redactions to supplement the confidential versions already filed.

`The parties generally agree to the scope of these redactions and are in the process

`of finalizing those redactions through a continued meet and confer.
