`C.F.R. § 42.70(a), and 35 U.S.C. § 316(a)(10), Petitioner, Facebook, Inc.,
`
`respectfully requests oral argument, currently scheduled for December 10, 2014.
`
`
`
`Facebook requests oral argument on the instituted grounds of unpatentability
`
`under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as to claims 11 – 13, 15, 18, and 20 of U.S. Patent No.
`
`6,628,314 and on Patent Owner’s Contingent Motion to Amend, filed July 9, 2014
`
`(Paper 31). A similar request has been filed by Facebook in the related proceeding
`
`IPR2014-00052.
`
`
`
`To allow for a complete review of the issues presented in this proceeding,
`
`Facebook requests at least one hour to address all instituted grounds of invalidity in
`
`IPR2014-00052 and IPR2014-00053 and rebut Patent Owner’s motion to amend.
`
`Facebook also respectfully requests that the Board provide audio-visual equipment
`
`to display demonstrative exhibits, including a projector to be connected to a laptop
`
`and a screen for displaying documents.
`
`
`
`This Request is timely, being filed on October 29, 2014, prior to the due date
`
`of October 31, 2014 specified by the Board in its order dated April 9, 2014 (Paper
`
`11).
