`Notice is hereby given that Patent Owner Neptune Technologies and Bioressources,

`Inc. appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit for the instant
`
`matter, Case IPR2014-00003,1 Aker Biomarine, AS (“Aker”) and Enzymotec Ltd. and
`
`Enzymotec USA, Inc. (together, “Enzymotec”) v. Neptune Technologies and Bioressources,
`
`Inc. (“Neptune”).
`
`Neptune appeals the Final Written Decision of the Inter Partes Review, Paper 104,
`
`entered March 23, 2015 (the “Decision”) by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”) of
`
`the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Neptune timely files this appeal within sixty-three
`
`days of the PTAB’s denial of Aker’s petition for rehearing of the Decision on July 8, 2015
`
`(Paper 106). 37 C.F.R. 90.3(b)(1).
`
`Neptune also appeals the PTAB’s Decision on Enzymotec’s Motion for Joinder,
`
`Paper 19, entered July 9, 2014 in IPR2014-00556.
`
