`Motion to Withdraw

`On July 3, 2014, Patent Owner filed an Unopposed Motion to
`Withdraw and Substitute Counsel, requesting withdrawal of its current lead
`counsel, Stephen L. Altieri, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e). Paper 70.
`Petitioner filed contemporaneously a new power of attorney (Paper 71),
`designating J. Dean Farmer (Reg. No. 57,917) as new lead counsel, and
`
`1 Case IPR2013-00556 has been joined with this proceeding.

`Jonathan G. Graves as new backup counsel, and revoking its appointment of
`Stephen L. Alteiri as counsel of record in this proceeding.
`Counsel may withdraw from an inter partes review proceeding with
`authorization from the Board. 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e). Counsel for Petitioner
`obtained permission to file the motion to withdraw in a phone call held on
`July 1, 2014. As the motion designates new lead counsel, who is a
`registered practitioner, and does not seek any time extensions, we grant
`Patent Owner’s motion.

`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motion to Withdraw and Substitute
`Counsel is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Stephen Alteiri is permitted to withdraw
`as counsel in this proceeding, and is no longer counsel of record in the
`proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that J. Dean Farmer is recognized as Patent
`Owner’s lead counsel in this proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Jonathan G. Graves is recognized as
`Patent Owner’s backup counsel in this proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner shall update the Board’s
`electronic filing system to reflect the change in lead and back-up counsel.
