`The international application, the basic national fee were

`submitted on January 19, 1994. An earliest priority date of July
`
`19, 1991 was used to determine the 30 month period which was
`
`incorrect. The correct earliest priority date is June 28, 1991,
`
`which results in a 30 month deadline of December 22, 1993, which
`
`passed before the filing of the U.S. national application and
`
`payment of the national filing fee.
`
`The abandonment of the application was unintentional. The
`
`delay in nationalizing was unintentional. A petition fee as set
`
`forth in §1.17(m) is attached.
`
`Applicant submits a correct executed Declaration and Power
`
`of Attorney and small entity form simUltaneous with this
`
`petition.
