`Petitioners’ declarant, Jay D. Mabrey, on April 22, 2014, beginning at 9:00 a.m. and

`continuing from day to day, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, until completed,

`consistent with 37 C.F.R. §42.53(c).

`The deposition will take place at the offices of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale

`and Dorr LLP, 1875 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. This deposition

`shall be taken upon oral examination before an officer who is authorized by law to

`administer oaths and take testimony.
