`Patent 6,488,390 is at issue in one pending litigation: LED Tech Dev., LLC, v. Samsung
`Elecs. Am., Inc., et al., No. 12-1325 (D. Del.), to which the Patent Owner is a party.
`The Patent Owner is also party to an inter partes review (Case IPR2013-00610)
`of claims of U.S. Patent No. 6,095,661, which issued from a parent application of the
`Patent 6,488,390. Both patents include similar subject matter and share a common
`specification.

`applications that are now patents – 13/244,481 (8,362,712), 12/820,139 (8,159,146),
`12/166,315 (7,740,371), 11/674,143 (7,393,119), 10/945,801 (7,186,000), and
`10/299,609 (6,808,287) – claims priority to the application that is now Patent 6,488,390);
`and U.S. Application No. 14/049,188 filed October 8, 2013 and titled “APPARATUS
`AND METHOD FOR PULSED L.E.D. ILLUMINATION,” which is a divisional of
`Application No. 13/736,865.
