`LLC, v. Samsung Electronics. Am., Inc., et al., No. 12-1325 (D. Del.); and LED Tech
`Development, LLC, v. Fujitsu America, Inc., et al., No. 12-1443 (D. Del.). The Patent
`Owner is party to both the 12-1325 and 12-1443 actions.
`The Patent Owner is also party to an inter partes review (Case IPR2013-00611)
`of claims of United States Patent No. 6,448,390, which is a continuation of a divisional
`of the application that issued as Patent 6,095,661. Both patents include similar subject
`matter and share a common specification.

`PULSED L.E.D. ILLUMINATION” (which, through a chain of intermediary
`applications that are now patents – 13/244,481 (8,362,712), 12/820,139 (8,159,146),
`12/166,315 (7,740,371), 11/674,143 (7,393,119), 10/945,801 (7,186,000), 10/299,609
`(6,808,287), 09/978,760 (6,488,390), and 09/627,268 (6,305,818) – claims priority to the
`application that is now Patent 6,095,661); and U.S. Application No. 14/049,188 filed
`October 8, 2013 and titled “APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PULSED L.E.D.
`ILLUMINATION,” which is a divisional of Application No. 13/736,865.
