`and -1633, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
`
`On December 4, 2014, the Federal Circuit issued its Opinion in Ericsson
`
`Inc., et al. v. D-LINK Corp., et al., Case Nos. 2013-1625, -1631,-1632, and -1633,
`
`which is the appeal from Ericsson Inc., et al. v. D-LINK Corp., et al., Civil Action
`
`No. 6:10-CV-473 (E.D. Tex.). As this Opinion affects U.S. Patent No. 6,772,215,
`
`and will be affected by a decision in this proceeding, Patent Owner submits this
`
`updated Notice of Related Matters. Patent Owner also concurrently files the
`
`Opinion as Exhibit 2025 pursuant to 37 C.F.R. 42.6(e)(4)(ii). Patent Owner
`
