`development and production of laboratory instrumentation and clinical systems that incorporate cell
`and tissue culture technologies. Octane Biotech Inc. is one of three companies in the Octane Medical
`Group. The other two companies are Octane Orthobiologics Inc., which has its focus in the area of
`biomaterials, and Octane OEM Inc., which offers contract clean room production for medical devices.

`Millenium Biologix Corporation was a small publicly traded biotech company focused on the
`development and commercialization of next generation bioactive medical devices (implants) and
`skeletal tissue regeneration products. Commercialized products include manufactured assays for
`culturing bone cells, artificial bone in varying formats and bone growth stimulators (peptides).The
`company is currently in end stage development of a bench-top automated bone cell replication
`instrument which when commercialized is targeted for use in knee cartilage surgeries. Millenium also
`developed/conducted experiments which research bone mass loss in astronauts on several space
`shuttle flights. Millenium’s technologies were acquired by Medtronic Corporation, Curative
`Biosciences and Octane Biotech.
