`On April 21, 2014, SAP America Inc., as Petitioner in SAP America Inc. v.

`Clouding IP, LLC, IPR2014-00306, which also involves Patent Owner’s Patent
`
`6,738,799, filed a Motion for Joinder in that proceeding to join it with this
`
`proceeding. On April 24, 2014, in Paper 9 entered in Case IPR2014-00306, we
`
`authorized Patent Owner to file an opposition to that Joinder Motion.
`

`Petitioner in this proceeding, Unified Patents Inc., is also entitled to file an
`
`opposition to the Motion for Joinder filed by SAP America Inc. in Case IPR2014-
`
`00306.
`

`Accordingly, it is
`
`ORDERED that Unified Patents Inc. is authorized to file an opposition to the
`
`Motion for Joinder in Case IPR2014-00306, limited to ten pages in length, within
`
`one week of the date of this communication;
`

`FURTHER ORDERED that the oppositions of Unified Patents, Inc. and
`
`Clouding IP, LLC, if any, shall be filed not in this proceeding, but in Case
`
`IPR2014-00306; and
`
`
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner shall file its proposed
`
`interrogatories, discussed in Paper 9, for consideration by the Board, within one
`
`week of the date of this communication, in connection with its request for
`
`authorization to file a motion for additional discovery.
