` This Order addresses matters pertaining to all identified proceedings. Therefore,
`we exercise our discretion to issue one Order to be filed in each of IPR2013-00567
`and IPR2013-00568. The parties are not authorized to use this style heading for
`any subsequent papers.

`The proceedings in inter partes reviews IPR2013-00567 and IPR2013-

`00568 have been terminated. IPR2013-00567, Paper 54; IPR2013-00568, Paper
`55. These proceedings involved U.S. Patent No. 8,217,902 B2 (“the ’902 patent”).
`The ’902 patent is the subject of an ex parte re-examination (Control No.
`90/012,869). On April 23, 2014, that re-examination was stayed pending
`termination or completion of the above-noted inter partes review proceedings.
`IPR2013-00567, Paper 17; IPR2013-00568, Paper 19.

`Because the proceedings in IPR2013-00567 and IPR2013-00568 have been
`terminated, it is now appropriate to lift the stay in ex parte re-examination
`90/012,869, so that any necessary action, which is consistent with the Board’s
`orders in IPR2013-00567 and IPR2013-00568, may be taken.

`ORDERED that the stay in ex parte reexamination 90/012,869 is lifted.
