` This Order addresses matters pertaining to all identified proceedings. Therefore,
`we exercise our discretion to issue one Order to be filed in each of IPR2013-00567
`and IPR2013-00568. The parties are not authorized to use this style heading for
`any subsequent papers.

`1. Introduction
`On August 25, 2014, a telephone conference call was held between
`
`respective counsel for the parties and Judges Scheiner and Rice. Patent Owner,
`TPK Touch Solutions Inc. (“TPK”), informed us that the parties have conferred
`and reached agreement as to correction of a clerical error in Exhibit 2019 (which
`was filed under seal in both IPR2013-00567 and IPR2013-00568). TPK, with the
`agreement of Petitioner, Wintek Corporation (“Wintek”), seeks our authorization
`to file a corrected version of Exhibit 2019, and to have the original version of
`Exhibit 2019 expunged.

`ORDERED that TPK is authorized to file the corrected version of

`Exhibit 2019; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that promptly after filing the corrected version of
`Exhibit 2019, TPK will contact the Board to request that the original version of
`Exhibit 2019 be expunged.
