`As authorized in the Scheduling Orders entered in the above-captioned matters
`
`on February 14 and 19, 2014, the parties hereby stipulate and agree to adjust and extend
`
`the Scheduling Orders’ common DUE DATE 1 from April 28, 2014 to May 5, 2014.
`
`Although Petitioner’s expert is available for deposition on April 17, 2014, that date is
`
`inconvenient for Patent Owner’s counsel because it falls within the Passover holiday.
`
`Accordingly, the parties request the extension so that Petitioner’s expert can be
`
`deposed on April 24, 2014, which was the next available date that the parties and
`
`Petitioner’s expert were available, and to provide sufficient time to address the expert’s
`
`testimony. This short one-week extension will have minimal impact on the schedule.
`
`Petitioner respectfully reserves its right to propose a further extension of DUE DATE 1
`
`in the above-captioned matters in the event the Board decides, on or before May 5,
`
`2014, to institute inter partes review proceedings in IPR2014-00508 and/or
`
`IPR2014-00509.
