`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e), Norman J. Hedges (Reg. No. 44,151), lead
`
`counsel in these proceedings for Petitioner Target Corporation, hereby moves to
`
`formally withdraw as counsel for Petitioner in this proceeding.1
`
`In support of this motion, Mr. Hedges states that as of January 16, 2015 he
`
`will no longer be affiliated with the law firm of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP.
`
`Contemporaneously with this motion, Petitioner has filed Updated Mandatory
`
`Notices identifying R. Trevor Carter as lead counsel in this proceeding; Daniel M.
`
`Lechleiter will remain as back-up counsel. Mr. Carter meets the requirements of
`
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10(c) as lead counsel; he is a registered practitioner and,
`
`additionally, has been acting as back-up counsel during the pendency of this
`
`proceeding. These facts establish good cause for the Board to grant this motion
`
`and allow Mr. Hedges to withdraw from this proceeding.
`
`Counsel for Patent Owner, Destination Maternity Corporation, has advised
`
`that it does not oppose this motion.
