`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Petitioner Medtronic, Inc. (“Petitioner”)
`
`submits this Request for Oral Argument on all of the instituted grounds of
`
`unpatentability of claims 1-14, 19, 20, and 23-27 of U.S. Patent No. 8,361,156
`
`under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a). The Board has already schedule Oral Hearing for
`
`November 18, 2014. See Paper 10, at 5.
`
`Petitioner respectfully requests that the Board conduct a consolidated
`
`hearing in Inter Partes Review Nos. 2013-00506, -00507, and -00508, all of which
`
`are scheduled for hearing on November 18, 2014, before the same Board Panel, for
`
`convenience and efficiency. Petitioner respectfully requests that the Board provide
`
`Petitioner one and one-half hours (90 minutes) in which to present its arguments in
`
`the three cases (i.e., one and one-half hours cumulative total time for the three
`
`cases, including time to be reserved for rebuttal), and provide Patent Owner with
`
`one and one-half hours (90 minutes) to present responsive arguments.
