`Proctor. Raymarine may move to exclude the Proctor declaration at the

`appropriate time pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.64(c), which permits a motion to

`exclude without prior Board authorization.

`Raymarine will promptly contact the Board in the event that a motion or
`
`other relief becomes necessary.
