`Pursuant to the Board’s February 3, 2014 Scheduling Order (Paper 18),

`Petitioners respectfully request oral argument, currently scheduled for October 
`

`30, 2014.

`Petitioners respectfully propose that the Board conduct a consolidated 
`
`hearing in Inter Partes Review Nos. 2013‐00478, 2013‐00479, 2013‐00480, and 
`
`2013‐00481, all of which are scheduled for hearing on October 30, 2014 before 
`
`the same Board panel, for convenience and efficiency due to the overlapping and 
`
`related subject matter in these cases.  Petitioners respectfully request that the 
`
`Board provide Petitioners one hour in which to present their arguments in the 
`
`four cases (i.e., one hour cumulative total time for the four cases, including time 
`
`to be reserved for rebuttal), and provide Patent Owner with one hour to present 
`
`responsive arguments.

`Under 37 C.F.R. § 42.70, and without intending to waive any issue not 
`
`specifically identified, Petitioners specify the following issues to be argued with 
`
`respect to the present proceeding: 
`

`1.  Whether claims 1, 5, and 14‐16 of U.S. Patent No. 5,832,494 are 
`
`unpatentable over the prior art at issue in this proceeding.
