`Inc., LinkedIn Corp., and Twitter, Inc. will cross-examine Amy Langville by
`
`deposition on August 15, 2014, beginning at 9:30 a.m., at the offices of DiNovo
`
`Price Ellwanger & Hardy LLP, 7000 North MoPac Expressway, Suite 350, Austin,
`
`Texas 78731. In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d), the parties have conferred
`
`and Patent Owner has represented that Amy Langville will appear on the above
`
`time and date. Petitioners reserve the right to cross-examine Dr. Langville on
`
`additional days as provided by 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(c)(2).
`
`The deposition will be conducted before an officer authorized to administer
`
`oaths. The deposition will be recorded by stenographic means, videotape, and
`
`interactive real-time display (i.e., LiveNote). Counsel for Patent Owner has agreed
`
`to arrange for a court reporter, a videographer, and a LiveNote feed.
