`Case IPR2013-00474
`Patent 6,611,349
`
`
`
`
`COMES NOW, W. Edward Ramage (TN BPR #016261) moves for attorney
`
`Samuel F. Miller's admission to practice pro hac vice in this matter on behalf of
`
`Patent Owner CTP Innovations. LLC. As grounds for this motion, Mr. Ramage
`
`states that there is good cause for the Board to recognize Mr. Miller pro hac vice
`
`during this proceeding. Attached as Exhibit 1120 in further support of this motion
`
`is an Affidavit from Mr. Miller. Further, Mr. Ramage was ill when this Board’s
`
`December 11th Order was entered and Mr. Miller was not aware of notice of the
`
`December 11th Order until late December 17, 2013, because he is not receiving
`
`electronic notice of filings with the Board. Accordingly, CTP respectfully requests
`
`that the Board grant admission pro hac vice to Mr. Miller during this proceeding.
