`Claims 1, 3, and 7 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) as being anticipated by US.

`Patent No. 5,119,133 (Nusbickcl et 31.). Applicants respectfiilly traverse the rejection.

`Nusbickel et 211. does not disclose “producing a printing plate fiom said plate—ready file.”

`Nusbickel et a1. describes publishing to web pages. There is no discussion or suggestion to the
`
`use of printing plates. All of the discussion inMM relates to my; publishing
`
`where use of printing plates is avoided. Nevertheless, to expedite prosecution and have the
`
`allowed claims quickly issue, Appiicants hereby cancel claims 1, 3, and 7 without prejudice. I
