`Please take notice that an issue has arisen with respect to Patent Owner’s
`
`expert witness, Dr. Yadin David. He was deposed for the above-titled IPR, and has
`
`been provided with a copy of the deposition transcript to review and sign. However,
`
`Dr. David’s wife recently passed away, and he needs additional time to review and
`
`sign the transcript. Counsel for Patent Owner and Petitioner have met and conferred,
`
`and have agreed to extend the time for Dr. David to sign his transcript through
`
`Monday, July 21, 2014. Patent Owner agrees it will not use the extension to
`
`prejudice Cardiocom in any way, including Cardiocom’s ability to object to any
`
`changes to the transcript. Authorization for this extension and to file this notice was
`
`given via an e-mail from the PTAB trial staff on June 26, 2014.
