`notice is hereby given that Patent Owner Robert Bosch Healthcare

`Systems, Inc. (“Robert Bosch”) appeals to the United States Court of
`
`Appeals for the Federal Circuit from the Final Written Decision entered
`
`on January 27, 2015 (Paper No. 72).
`
`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 90.2(a)(3)(ii), Patent Owner Robert
`
`Bosch further indicates that the issues on appeal include, but are not
`
`limited to: the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s claim constructions; the
`
`Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s determination of unpatentability of
`
`claims 1-37 of Robert Bosch’s U.S. Patent No. 7,516,192; the Patent
`
`Trial and Appeal Board’s dismissal of Robert Bosch’s motion to exclude
`
`evidence; and any finding or determination supporting or related to
`
`those issues, as well as all other issues decided adversely to Patent
`
`Owner Robert Bosch in any orders, decisions, rulings and opinions.
`
`Simultaneous with this submission, a copy of this Notice of Appeal
`
`is being filed with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. In addition, three
`
`copies of this Notice of Appeal, along with the required docketing fees,
