`Please take notice that pursuant to 37 CFR 42.53(d)(5), Patent Owner will take

`the deposition of Petitioner’s expert Dr. Robert T. Stone. Between February 10 and
`February 25, 2014, the parties discussed this deposition via e-mail, pursuant to 37
`CFR 42.53(d)(1), and agreed on the below-recited dates and location for this
`deposition.

`The deposition will commence on March 7, 2014 at 9:30 a.m at the offices of
`Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, 1000 Marsh Rd., Menlo Park, CA 94025. The
`deposition will continue on March 12 and 13, 2014 and day to day thereafter as
`needed, starting at 9:30 a.m. each day. The deposition will take place before an
`officer authorized by law to administer oaths and will be recorded by stenographic
`and videographic means.
