`
`DECISION
`Patent Owner’s Motions to Correct
`37 C.F.R. § 42.7
`
`
`1 Case IPR2013-00469 has been joined with Case IPR2013-00468. This
`Decision addresses issues pertaining to all four cases. Therefore, we
`exercise our discretion to issue one Decision to be filed in each case. The
`parties are not authorized to use this style heading for any subsequent
`papers.

`

`Case IPR2013-00431, Case IPR2013-00449, Case IPR2013-00451,
`Case IPR2013-00468
`
`
`Patent Owner filed a motion in each of Cases IPR2013-00431
`
`(Paper 36), IPR2013-00449 (Paper 35), IPR2013-00451 (Paper 39), and
`
`IPR2013-00468 (Paper 38) seeking to correct Patent Owner’s response in
`
`each proceeding. In the motions, Patent Owner states that the responses
`
`contain two clerical errors: incorrect citations to Case IPR2014-00488,
`
`rather than Case IPR2014-00436, and an incorrect Table of Contents and
`
`Table of Authorities. Patent Owner submitted corrected responses with the
`
`motions, and requests that the corrected responses be entered and the
`
`original versions expunged. Petitioner does not oppose the motions. Under
`
`the circumstances, we are persuaded that the errors were clerical in nature
`
`and that it would be appropriate to allow their correction.
`
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s motions to correct are granted;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner’s corrected responses are
`
`entered into the record of the respective proceedings: IPR2013-00431
`
`(Paper 37), IPR2013-00449 (Paper 36), IPR2013-00451 (Paper 40), and
`
`IPR2013-00468 (Paper 39); and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner’s original responses are
`
`expunged from the record of the respective proceedings: IPR2013-00431
`
`(Paper 34), IPR2013-00449 (Paper 33), IPR2013-00451 (Paper 37), and
`
`IPR2013-00468 (Paper 36).
