`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the Scheduling Order in this proceeding

`(Paper 17), Patent Owner, American Vehicular Sciences LLC (“AVS”) and
`
`Petitioner Toyota Motor Corporation (“Toyota” or “TMC”) hereby request oral
`
`argument, as currently scheduled for August 15, 2014.
`
`Patent Owner and Petitioner respectfully request one and one-half hours of
`
`total argument time per side (three hours total) in which to present arguments on
`
`the issues listed below and those in IPRs 2013-00419, which is currently scheduled
`
`for August 18, 2014.
