`On May 9, 2014, the Board authorized Patent Owner to file a revised
`
`
`
`declaration of Dr. Koutsougeras and a revised Patent Owner Response within 3
`
`days of the Order. Paper 39. In a conference call held between respective counsel
`
`of the parties and Judge Lee on June 12, 2014, counsel for Patent Owner indicated
`
`that Patent Owner misunderstood that it was to file an entire replacement
`
`declaration and an entire replacement Patent Owner Response. During the
`
`conference call, counsel for Patent Owner requested filing of the revised
`
`documents beyond the previously specified due date. Counsel for Petitioner
`
`indicated that Petitioner does not object to the request.
