`
`hi steve, yair,
`attached is a pdf with a graph including the new data points (3
`downs-P2, P7, P14, 2 normal males-P19, P31)
`blue triangles are normal males
`red triangles are T21 males
`red circles are T21 females
`the alignment of the remaining two samples (male donor plasma DNA and
`gDNA) are still in progress
`i will change the graph a little later to the format steve suggested
`but i think we are a little lucky that chr21 is not GC rich
`the next run will include 2 T21, 2 T18, 1 normal male, female donor
`plasma DNA, and female donor gDNA
`more to follow~
