`(“Stanford”), and Petitioner, Sequenom, Inc. (“Sequenom”), jointly stipulate to

`move Due Dates 1-3. These Due Dates were originally set by the Scheduling
`
`Order, dated December 9, 2013 (Paper 8). Due Date 1 is being moved from
`
`February 24, 2014, to May 7, 2014. Due Date 2 is being moved from May 7,

`2014, to June 20, 2014. Due Date 3 is being moved from June 9, 2014, to June

`25, 2014. This paper is being filed by Patent Holder Stanford with the approval of
