`Medicines, Inc., APP Pharmaceuticals, LLC, Pliva Hrvatska d.o.o., Teva Pharmaceuticals

`USA, Inc., and Barr Laboratories, Inc., have conferred and hereby agree to the following

`schedule for post-trial briefing:

`Defendants shall file an opening brief of up to 50 pages on or before Friday, October
`
`11, 2013.

`Lilly shall file a responsive brief of up to 60 pages on or before Friday, November 22,
