`Patent Owner filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Motion to Amend (Paper 37),

`seeking to withdraw its prior Motion to Amend (Paper 29). Patent Owner is not
`required to file a Motion to Amend, and Petitioners have not yet filed an opposition
`thereto. See 37 C.F.R. § 42.121 (a) (“A patent owner may file one motion to
`amend a patent . . . .”). Accordingly, we find it appropriate to grant the
`withdrawal.
