`for July 10, 2014. Stephenson requests oral argument to discuss the issues

`specified below.

`from evidence for the reasons described in the objections filed in Paper

`5. Whether Petitioner’s arguments relying on deposition quotes of Mr.

`Friedman should be excluded for the reasons described in the objections
`
`filed in Paper No. 38, 6-7.
