`In its decision dated March 21, 2014 (Paper No. 31), the Board ordered

`Patent Owner John Stephenson (“Stephenson”) to update the Board regarding the
`
`status of Ex Parte Reexamination Control No. 90/013,148 filed on February 10,
`
`2014. Stephenson recently learned that the Patent Office mailed an Order Granting
`
`/ Denying Request for Ex Parte Reexamination on March 21, 2014. This Order
`
`denied the request for reexamination of the ‘237 Patent.
