`The initial conference call for this proceeding was held on September 12,
`2013 between respective counsel for the parties and Judges Medley, Boalick, and
`Kamholz.
`The parties filed lists of proposed motions. Papers 13 (Lifescan), 14
`(Pharmatech). Each party indicated on the call that it has no present intention to
`file any of its proposed motions. The Board did not authorize any motions and
`reminded the parties to request a conference call with the Board to seek
`authorization before filing any motion not already authorized by rule or in the
`Scheduling Order (Paper 12). The Board reminded Lifescan that it must confer
`with the Board before filing a motion to amend the patent. See 37 C.F.R.
`§ 42.121(a).
`Accordingly, it is hereby
`ORDERED that no motions are authorized other than those already
`authorized by rule or in the Scheduling Order; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that the trial schedule remains as set in the
`Scheduling Order.
