`I represent Patent Owner Straight Path IP Group, Inc. (“SPIP”) formerly known as
`Innovative Communications Technologies, Inc., with respect to the above-captioned Petition for
`Inter Parties Review of U.S. Patent No. 6,108,704 (“the Petition”).1 As you know, the Petition
`identifies Sipnet EU S.R.O. (“Petitioner”) as the real party in interest. I am writing on behalf of
`SPIP to inquire about any other individuals or entities directly or indirectly involved in the
`preparation and/or filing of the Petition.

`Specifically, please identify anyone2 other than counsel at Kilpatrick Townsend &
`Stockton LLP, who contributed to, participated in, or were otherwise involved in the preparation
`and/or filing of the Petition in any way, including but not limited to any of the following
`activities:

` Providing payment, funding, financial assistance, or other monetary contributions to
`Petitioner and/or Petitioner’s counsel in connection with the Petition;
`

` Providing a partial or complete draft of the Petition to Petitioner or Petitioner’s counsel for
`filing with the Patent Office, or otherwise requesting that Petitioner and/or its counsel file the
`Petition;

` Participation in any litigation, and/or membership in any joint defense group (past or present)
`involving U.S. Patent No. 6,108,704, including but not limited to the Skype litigation (Case
`No. 06-2469, D.N.J. 2006) and Stalker litigation (Case No. 2:12-cv-00007, E.D. Va. 2012)
`referenced in the Petition;

` Entering or executing any settlement or licensing agreement(s) involving U.S. Patent No.
`6,108,704;

`Identifying or suggesting counsel to represent Petitioner in connection with the Petition;
