`Statement of Relief Requested
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e) and the Board’s authorization on June 19,
`
`2014 to file a motion to withdraw, Petitioner Sipnet EU S.R.O. (“Petitioner”)
`
`respectfully requests authorization to withdraw its current counsel from the present
`
`proceeding, thereby allowing Petitioner’s proposed new counsel to promptly
`
`substitute in as counsel of record in this proceeding.
`
`This motion is unopposed by Patent Owner.
`
`Statement of Facts
`
`Petitioner requests that current designated counsel, Paul C. Haughey and
`
`Michael T. Morlock of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, withdraw from the
`
`present proceeding, and new counsels, TransPacific Law Group and Prasad IP, PC
`
`be designated to represent Petitioner in this proceeding.
`
`The rules require that a party must designate a lead counsel and a back—up
`
`counsel, and that lead counsel must be a registered practitioner. Pavel I. Pogodin of
`
`TransPacific Law Group is a registered practitioner and will be identified as lead
`
`counsel. Sanjay Prasad of Prasad IP, PC will be identified as back—up counsel and

`is a registered practitioner.
`
`Petitioner is not proposing any schedule change as a result of the substitution.
`
`This substitution of counsel will not cause any delay in the proceeding or any
`
`prejudice to Patent Owner.
`
`

`

`Petitioner respectfully requests that the Board grant this motion for
`
`withdrawal of Petitioner’s current counsel. Upon grant of this motion, new
`
`counsel for Petitioner will promptly file a new Power of Attorney and Amended
`
`Mandatory Notice Information.
