`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the Board’s October 11, 2013 Scheduling
`
`Order (Paper No. 12), Straight Path IP Group, Inc. (“Patent Owner”) respectfully
`
`requests oral argument on the issues set forth below at a time set by the Board.
`
`Oral argument is presently scheduled for July 11, 2014 (Paper No. 12, Due Date
`
`7).
`
`Patent Owner respectfully requests at least one hour of argument time to
`
`address the issues listed below.
`
`The issues that Patent Owner expects to raise during oral argument are:
`
` Stalker Software is the Real Party-in Interest in this matter;
`
` Petitioner has failed to carry its burden of proving that the WINS
`
`manual is prior art;
`
` The challenged claims of the ’704 Patent are novel and patentable
`
`over the asserted prior art;
`
` The proper constructions for the claim terms as set forth in Patent
`
`Owner’s Response (Paper 30);
`
` Other arguments and evidence in response to the new arguments and
`
`issues presented by Petitioner in its Reply (Paper 33) and Reply
`
`evidence; and
`
` Other arguments and evidence in response to the issues that Petitioner
`
`raises in its opening remarks.

`Patent Owner may also reserve a portion of its time for sur-rebuttal to

`Petitioner’s rebuttal presentations on any issues.
