`In fall of 1994 I installed multiple computer systems bundled with

`Windows NT 3.5 Server for Decision Systems Plus, Inc. clients.

`Some of the bundled Windows NT 3.5 Server packages I saw in fall

`of l994 included a printed copy of Windows NT TCP/IP Guide.
`

`In fall of 1994 for personal training purposes I purchased a retail copy
`
`of Windows NT 3.5 Server.
`

`I still have the original box for Windows NT 3.5 Server and its
`
`original contents. I have decided to keep it to be able to support legacy systems.

`The original contents include a CD-ROM that includes a digital copy of the

`Windows NT Server TCP/IP Guide.

`10. Attached as Exhibit A is a photo of the box containing Windows NT

`3.5, along with the contents of that box. The CD-ROM discussed in paragraph 9
`
`above is visible in this photo.

`I compared the digital copy of the Windows NT Server retail TCP/IP

`Guide on the CD-ROM to Exhibit 1004 in the above referenced Case, No.
`
`lPR2013-00246. The two documents are substantially identical.
`

`The digital copy of the Windows NT Server retail TCP/IP Guide
`
`contains the same 1994 copyright date as Exhibit 1004.
