`1.
`
`I was employed at Cincinnati Microwave Inc. (“CMI”) from or about
`
`October 1991 to March 1997 as a Senior Software Engineer.
`
`2.
`
`In or about 1996 I was working in CMI’S Cellular Digital Packet
`
`Data (“CDPD”) group. At that time we had several IBM ThinkPads such as the
`
`one shown herein. These were high
`
`end configured laptops at the time and

`~----------------ifragwerecftenindemandn Atrgnepgint, <<<<<<<<
`
`Steve Orr asked to borrow one for a
`
`project he was working on as he
`
`needed a laptop with a PCMCIA slot.
`
`3.
`
`After the demise of CM]
`
`
`
`in February 1997, I placed all of these laptops pertaining to the CDPD DART
`project that I had been working with into several boxes. My understanding is that
`
`these boxes containing the laptops were to be sent to Sierra Wireless as part of
`
`Sierra Wireless obtaining that portion of the business from CMI.
`
`4.
`
`I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and
`
`correct.
